Can Özgür Çolpan, PhD, received his bachelor's and master's degrees from the Mechanical Engineering Department of the Middle East Technical University in 2003 and 2005, respectively. He conducted his PhD studies at the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering of Carleton University between2005 and
Alper Dalkiran, PhD, received his bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Aeronautics and Astronautics at Eskisehir Technical University. He completed his MSc degree in the School of Science at Anadolu University and earned his PhD in 2017 on Environmental Sustainability of Airports from the School of Science at Anadolu University. He is currently working in the School of Aviation at Suleyman Demirel University. He has a 17-year of professional experience in Airports in Information Technology, Automation, and Integration. He has managed teams on system design, projects, tests, commissioning, operational readiness, and operations. He is now lecturing in Flight Theory, Airline Management, and Airport Design subjects.
