Administrative law may be seen as a balance between public interest which is in favor of people as a community and public force which restricts the rights of persons. This book covers the general principles that administration should abide by, while serving for public interest by using public force.
Autoren-Porträt

Ahmet Yayla is an associate professor in the administrative law department at the University of Bahçesehir. He teaches administrative law and administrative procedure law. His interests include artificial intelligence law, liability of administration law and energy law.


Nihal Özkardes is a research assistant in the administrative law department at the University of Bahçesehir. Her interests include independent regulatory authorities law, competition law and state aid law.
