He is the vice-chairman of Infectious Disease Radiology Specialty Committee of Chinese Society of Radiology, and the author of Springer books: Diagnostic Imaging of Emerging Infectious Diseases, 2015, and Pulmonary Aspergillosis, 2019. Weiguo Tan is a Professor of Department of Tuberculosis, The Shenzhen Center for Chronic Disease Control, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.
