Jo Owen ist der Gründer von Teach First, einer Non-Profit-Initiative, die Top-Absolventen als Lehrer verpflichtet und sie zu Leadern ausbildet. Er verfasst Kolummnen für die Zeitschrift "Director" und verfügt über eine 25-jährige Berufserfahrung mit den 70 besten (und einem der schlechtesten) Unternehmen der Welt.
