Associate Prof. Yong Yu received his Ph.D. degree from Zhejiang University in 2006. Since 2009, he has been engaged in the research of high-pressure processing technology for agricultural and food products and the industrialization and promotion of the research results. He has published more than 60 SCI papers in Trends in Food Science & Technology, Innovative Food Science & Emerging Technologies, Food Research International, Foods, etc. Currently, he is serving as a guest editor of Foods and a paper reviewer for SCI journals such as Innovative Food Science & Emerging Technologies, Journal of Food Engineering, International Journal of Food Properties, and Journal of Food Science.Bibliographische Angaben
