Integrating his accounting skills and technical knowledge, Mr. DiChiara developed Pro Bookkeepers Inc. an online bookkeeping system that reduced the time CPA's need to operate their accounting practice by over fifty percent, while reducing client accounting costs by up to twenty-five percent. In 2007 he began teaching his system to individuals with no prior bookkeeping skills with several of his students successfully launching their own bookkeeping businesses.

In 2010 Mr. DiChiara began to develop a new philosophy for entrepreneurial success. His thirteen principles for success aptly called Joe DiChiara's Entrepreneur Success System is being taught to emerging entrepreneurs throughout the United States. His latest enterprise Bedrock Bookkeepers Online Academy, where Joe is, once again, successfully teaching individuals a wide range of subjects from basic bookkeeping to starting and running a successful business.
