This book of poetry was birthed during COVID times. Not having freedom to explore spontaneously, gave me time to pay attention. I started noticing things that I had overlooked because I was always on the go. It's amazing how life can take you through global economic disruption and mass environmental health challenges, and bring you peace at the same time. Truthfully speaking COVID, although heartbreaking, provided me an opportunity to take a much-needed break, and allowed me time and space to fully rest. In my stillness, I was inspired to write by so many things.
