She then realizes the importance of being 'TOOTSIEFIED' when faced with a Bully. Tootsie's Mom becomes a protector from bullies and confronts them by yelling "Tease your hair or tease a ghost, but don't tease me."
A picture book for children, TOOTSIE TAKES ON BULLIES, shares the story of one dog who successfully overcomes bullying and gains confidence for future challenges. It lets children know they are not alone, and they can successfully overcome the problems they face.
