Conni Blanchard, president of Master The Moment, Inc. was a deeply emotional eater who rewarded and punished herself with food for decades. She transformed herself by learning to master the moment. By retraining her thinking, she dropped 10 sizes and her body went from being her worst enemy to her best friend. As a mentor for Emotional Eaters, a catalyst for real change, she shares her authentic life experience to restore self-worth, a sense of dignity, and hope for women who suffer from poor self-esteem, no self-reliance and debilitating self-talk. She currently lives outside of Boston, MA with her husband. This year they proudly share the milestone of their daughter's college graduation.
