Julie Nischan is a country girl who was taught on the family farm that no matter what you do, put your best effort into it. She loves writing, cooking and baking, her pets and her husband. (Not necessarily in that order!) She also enjoys spending time with her friends and making people laugh. MISSPENT-My life in retail was her first book, The Substitute Cook is her second book, and she has no intention of stopping now!
