However, he eventually decided to make the move to South Africa to be closer to his family. It was in 2010, during the soccer World Cup, that his culinary journey in South Africa truly began. He assumed the role of one of the head chefs at the Soccer City Stadium in Soweto, a pivotal moment that further enriched his culinary expertise.
