Nancy Bruning is the author or coauthor of more than twenty books, including The Real Vitamin & Mineral Book and The Natural Health Guide to Antioxidants.Shari Lieberman, Ph.D., CNS, FACN, a certified nutrition specialist (CNS), is a faculty member at the University of Bridgeport, School of Human Nutrition. She runs a private practice as a clinical nutritionist in New York City, where she frequently counsels women on weight loss. She is also well known to viewers of QVC, where she sells her own line of weight-loss supplements for women on an exclusive basis.
