The book also includes a glossary of key terms and concepts, an essay on resources available to researchers and practitioners, an essay on careers opportunities in the discipline, and an extensive annotated bibliography of key literature.

Autoren-Porträt
Cesar R. Torres is Professor in the Department of Kinesiology, Sport Studies and Physical Education at The College of Brockport, State University of New York, USA. He is a former President of the International Association for the Philosophy of Sport. He has been elected as a Fellow of the National Academy of Kinesiology and is a recipient of the State University of New York Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Scholarship and Creative Activities. He is the Associate Editor of the Journal of the Philosophy of Sport.
