Balmer earned a B.A. degree in Accounting at The University of Missouri-Columbia and a B.A. degree in Pastoral Ministries at Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri. Balmer began his career at Ernst & Young in Kansas City, Missouri as an Accountant & Auditor. He is currently employed at Elwood Staffing in Alabama. Balmer enjoys speaking to high school students in order to provide some of the information contained in this book with the objective of helping them understand what the expectations will be when they enter the workforce.
