This book is a journey through the life of a woman as a child, as an adolescent, young woman, mother, and the final celebration of finding God. It is written as small stories, essays or poems in prose. The characters are interchanging and the narrator is often switching to the third person to avoid a heavy dramatical tone when the subject is sensitive or intimate. The inspiration is from real life, slices of reality in different episodes of life and a few are inspired by biblical events. The biblical reference is invisible.

The paintings are real artwork, acrylic or oil on canvas and are inspired by the subject of the written story, enhancing or just bringing an original note for the reader's joy.

Is a mix of poems in prose or simple meditations and original paintings complementing the text. Nothing is planned, sometimes the image is inspiring the writing of thoughts, other times an idea is highlighted by illustration. The author is sharing feelings, memories and essayistic impressions of lived experiences, glimpses of emotions caught in the instants that are painted and expressed in an unusual way since this book is not (only) for children but for all ages. She found a way to reach out to many and share profound transformations and deep feelings as a woman, mother, friend or nature loving artist.

This is the first book of this author: written in an honest, unpretentious vocabulary, which balances the richness of the subjects. Some stories are inspired by biblical texts and events, expressed in a contemporary context. The characters of the poems in prose or fragments of diary are facing situations that life is made of, they are conflicted by their own feelings, weaknesses or hunted by guilt from their past. The author brings to light their dilemmas, compromises, makes us witness their turmoil and, in the end, she has a solution for most of them or helps them find closure. Is a book about staying in connection with ourselves, love who we were and who we became, celebrate each day as a new day with no victories in it YET. The author surprises us with real artwork, her paintings complementing the subject as she exhibits canvasses along each of the writings.
