This anthology of poems and short stories were written during that period, and reflect the flashpast ideas, recurring suspicions and offset observations that led to the creation of The Boozer Cruiser, his current art project. The title Signal Violet is inspired by his narrowboat home.

Martin Kielty is the author of 17 previous books, three of which are in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Permanent Collection. Alongside the multi-faceted Boozer Cruiser art project, he's a journalist, TV and radio presenter and musician. Born in Glasgow, Scotland, he lives on a narrowboat, cruising the canals of England and Wales. www.theboozercruiser.com
