W. EDWARD CRAIGHEAD, PhD, holds the J. Rex FuquaEndowed Chair and is a Professor of Psychiatry and BehavioralSciences at Emory University. He has provided leadership inprofessional organizations and serves as a clinical investigator inthe realm of depressive disorders, currently focusing on preventionand differential treatment response to CBT and antidepressants.DAVID J. MIKLOWITZ, PhD, Professor of Psychiatry at theUniversity of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Medicine, isa leading international scholar and author in the study of bipolardisorder. He currently is investigating the effectiveness of hisfamily-focused therapy for youth at high risk for developingbipolar disorder.
LINDA W. CRAIGHEAD, PhD, is Professor ofPsychology and Director of the Clinical Psychology Doctoral Programat Emory University. In recent years her research has focused onapplications of her appetite awareness model with binge eatingdisorder and bulimia nervosa as well as on overweight individualswith comorbid health problems.
