Dr Michael Y.C. Wong is currently the Associate Editor (BJUI Knowledge) at the British Journal Urology International. He is the Medical Director at The Urology, Fertility & Gynaecology Centre at Mount Elizabeth Hospital in Singapore.



Prior to this appointment, he was Director of the Urology Centre at Singapore General Hospital (SGH), Medical Director of SGH Specialist Practice at Gleneagles Hospital, Director of Endourology and Director of Female Urology at SGH Urology Centre. For the most part, he was at SGH for nearly 22years.



Michael 's subspecialty interest is in Endourology , Female urology and Prostate after completing:

• Fellowship in Endourology & Urolithiasis with Dr Jim Lingeman
• Fellowship in Female Urology with Dr Peter Knapp
• Mini-Residency Program in Robotic Urology in University of California Irvine

Michael has established an International Standing with the following Global positions:

• Treasurer and Executive Committee , Urological Association of Asia (2018 to 2022)
• Deputy Director and/or Consultant of Asian School of Urology (2015 to Present)

• Editorial International Board Member of the International Journal of Urology (2009 to 2013)
• Founding President of Asian Society of Endourology (1998 to 2008)

Dr Shuji Isotani is Associate Professor, Department of Urology, Juntendo University, Graduate School of Medicine, Japan. He also serves as steering Committee of Asian Urological Surgery Training & Education Group (AUSTEG) and Councilor of Japanese society of endourology. He has previously worked as Assistant Professor Department of Urology, Teikyo University School of Medicine, Japan.

His research interest is primarily in the minimum invasive surgery, endurological treatment and the technological development of urology surgical devises.

He has published 86 papers. He has also been awarded Annual meeting award of JUA in 2015, Digital Health Startup Support Program Grants4Apps Tokyo in 2016, Best Presentation award 15th Urological Association of Asia Congress in 2017, and Aso award, Japanese society of endourology in 2018.
