Pavlo Hryhorovych Tychyna is a Soviet Ukrainian poet, translator, publicist, politician, public figure and statesman of the era of the Ukrainian People's Republic and Ukrainian SSR. Innovator of poetic form. Together with Lina Kostenko and Ivan Drach, he was nominated for the Nobel Prize in Literature.
The historian of Ukrainian literature Serhiy Yefremov said this about the poet:
"Tychyna is difficult to put within the framework of one direction or even a school. He is one of those who create schools themselves, and from this point of view, he is alone, standing isolated, above the trends, paying poetic tribute to all of them - from realism to futurism ("you are red-nosed - zele dugasto"), setting out his creative path alone. It is the privilege of the few to have such a wide range... A poet of perhaps world scale, Tychyna is deeply national in form, because he managed to use all the wealth of previous generations in his work. He seems to have drunk all the charm of the national language and knows how to use it with great taste and skill... A strange dreamer with the eyes of a child and the mind of a philosopher."

Content:
And I went to the grove
Antistrophe
Harps, harps...
Oh, don't laugh at me
Ballet studio
Near the lake in the forest
Blueness enveloped my soul...
In the space orchestra
Spring (from Baratynskyi)
Spring (in memory of Natalka's sister)
You know how a linden tree rustles...
We left in the morning
War
Wind from Ukraine
Groves make noise...
The girl mumbles and sobs
Hey, hit the strings, kobzars...
Everywhere you look, there are ears of corn
Where the poplar grows...
Somewhere at the bottom of my heart
Spring was coming somewhere
Who is he talking to?..
Rain
Duma about three winds
The spirit of nations burns
My soul, listen
Evey
Enharmonious
From a long trip
I cried and sobbed out of love
I will say for everyone
There was a knock on the door with an example
The clouds curled up
Instead of sonnets and octaves
The sky was fastened on all the buttons
Green Sunday
Golden noise
Stay, the night has come
Right outside the village
And the Lord appeared to me
Otherwise, the clouds cry and the violent wind moans
More birds in sonorous songs
Flowery meadow and golden rain
When I look into your eyes
Darnel
Swallow
Leaves are falling
My Madonna...
I am young, young
In defense of peace
On the square near the church
On steep rocks
The highest power
You haven't been to our region!
I don't even know why I love it so much
Oh Miss Inno...
