Michelle host women's retreats, conferences and seminars in the Virgin Islands and throughout the United States. She is a leadership coach and the author of Empowered to Lead Determined to Succeed, a workbook on goal setting and achieving your dreams. Michelle helps churches, entrepreneurs and business leaders identify and realize excellence by optimizing operations to create the impact they desire to make. She is the founder and executive editor of EMPOWERED for uncompromising Christians, an online newsletter. Michelle's goal is to inspire others to make a positive difference in everything they do.



Michelle is the former host of Women to Women; a local Virgin Islands talk show which empowers and motivates women. Michelle is currently enrolled in the Masters of Practical Theology program at Oral Roberts University. Her passion is Biblical Archaeology and Historical Research. Michelle resides in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands with her husband James. She is an active member of Living Hope Cathedral Church under the spiritual leadership of Pastor's Carl and Reva Richardson. Michelle is the mother of Satyn Nishon Geary and "Mimi" of her sugar-baby, Destiny Nichelle Geary-Lee. Michelle's rally cry is "With God all things are possible."
