Larry Breaks The Cycle (ePub)

This children's story is the first of my series focusing on two seemingly unrelated things: Different facts-of-life AND science! For everyone, fear, worry, and anxiety are normal! But, for some of us, including Larry the hard-working water molecule at The Water Cycle, it makes it feel impossible to do anything! Join Larry and his three friends as they work through their fears and learn a couple of ways to help ease that sick-tummy feeling to give eachother a boost of BRAVERY and new coping skills to learn how to begin to overcome their anxieties and how helpful a support system can be to encourage them to be strong so that they can live their happiest lives possible, at work, out and about, even at home. Claude the cloud, Sun, well, he's the Sun of course, and Mary all reassure Larry that it is OKAY to have anxiety and to worry, especially about things we can't control. After all, fears are what keep us safe. This story also touches on The Water Cycle, where all of these friends work, identifying the 3 basic phases, and allowing for a gateway into the states of matter for water as it travels through the cycle, including how Larry has his fear of crowds, (liquid state), or referencing everyone moving fast and flying all around (gaseous state). This book is a children's fiction novel that mainly focuses on self-help, and the importance of acknowledging how debilitating anxiety can be for anyone of any age, no matter how silly the fear may seem to somebody looking in.
