Hello, My name is Jenny and I have a diagnosis called ADHD. I have some challenges in life related to this but am supported and helped by my medicine and other aids. Lucky, I also have my three friends who have the same diagnosis as me and we can support each other.
I have lived all my life in Sweden and am a trained nurse. I work at a children's clinic and am part of the team that cares for children with neuropsychiatric diagnoses, mostly ADHD. I love my job at the clinic and have now been given the opportunity to combine the job with my writing. To write books for children with explanations of various diagnoses and medical conditions. My hope is that the books will be a tool for children and adults in general, but a little extra for those who live with a diagnosis or are related to someone who has one.
