Matt J. McKinnon is a husband, father and company manager. He has written since he was very young and has regularly kept a diary of his observations and feelings, part of which have provided the inspiration for his first work of Fiction, Human Resources, together with his own experience and that of his friends' and colleagues. Although not a cautionary tale, as he hastens to point out, it explains to modern women what goes on in their partners' heads and to the men themselves it indicates that work is only something you should do to get by in life, not an end in itself.
His other non-fiction works relate to business and how to make headway in the same.
