S.P. Austen is an author of spiritual, metaphysical and self-help books, and he also writes short stories, novelettes, novellas, novels and poetry, often with a spiritual or metaphysical leaning. He is also a regular article contributor to HubPages. His first published print book was "Meditation for Everyday Living" and was based on his personal experiences of meditation.
Born in London, England, he lives in British Columbia, Canada.
The Author had clairvoyant experiences from very early childhood and embarked on his own personal spiritual quest at the age of 16. With no recourse to meditation classes, he entered the realm of meditation unaided and was able to achieve deep meditative states without the aid of a guru.
Through his writing his aim is to be an instrument in the raising of human consciousness and the betterment of the world in which we live.
