Part 2 summarizes knowledge gained over the span of 4 decades of private practice about how knees get injured, what hurts them, and how to heal them, what to be careful about, and how to enjoy a lifetime of strong legs and knees.

Autoren-Porträt von Moir Bowman

Dr. Moir Bowman, D.C., F.I.A.M.A. Dipl. grew up in Falls Church, VA and currently practices chiropractic and acupuncture full time in Fairfax City, VA. When not working, Dr. Bowman can be found rock climbing, ice climbing, skiing, biking, or climbing mountains. This is his 1st book and will soon be followed by another about outdoor rock climbing and weight training. He writes these books to help his patients, and to summarize knowledge gained in 38 years of private practice. He attended the University of Virginia undergraduate and The University of Health Sciences in Chicago for his graduate studies.
