Healing Our Community is heavily research-based. It is also hugely inspired and driven by my international travels and lived experiences in different cultures and societies. Altogether, these have widened my culinary lenses and enriched my repertoire of recipes, health tips and perspectives which are generously and intentionally shared in this first volume.
