Carolina Aguerre is Associate Professor at the Universidad Católica del Uruguay, Honorary Co-Director at the Centro de Estudios en Tecnología y Sociedad (CETYS), Universidad de San Andres, Argentina, and Associate Senior Fellow at the Centre for Global Cooperation Research at the University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany. Her publications have appeared in journals such as Digital Policy, Regulation and Governance, Information and Culture, and Palabra Clave, as well as book chapters.Malcolm Campbell-Verduyn is Senior Lecturer in International Political Economy at the Department of International Relations and International Organization, University of Groningen, Netherlands, and Associate Senior Fellow at the Centre for Global Cooperation Research at the University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany. His recent publications have appeared in journals including Anthropology Today, Environment & Planning C, New Political Economy, and Security Dialogue.
Jan Aart Scholte is Chair of Global Transformations and Governance Challenges at Leiden University, Netherlands, and Co-Director of the Centre for Global Cooperation Research at the University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany. His research covers globalization, governing global affairs, civil society in global politics, global democracy, legitimacy in global governance, and Internet governance. Previously, he co-edited volumes in the Routledge Global Cooperation Series on Power and Authority in Internet Governance: A Return of the State? (with Blayne Haggart and Natasha Tusikov) and Hegemony and World Order: Reimagining Power in Global Politics (with Piotr Dutkiewicz and Tom Casier).
