Autoren-Porträt von Susan M. Perry
Susan Perry resides in northern Wisconsin where she raised her five children. She has been a registered nurse for forty-four years and specialized in obstetrics much of her career. Currently she teaches nursing at a college level. Due to her survivor status related to domestic violence, she has presented her story and the facts of abuse to varying groups of health providers, law enforcement agencies, advocates, and students. She now feels compelled to share her story in print, to hopefully provide awareness of this devastating social concern and to give encouragement to other victims of abuse. Besides her nursing profession, Susan enjoys her twelve grandchildren who are the loves of her life. The author may be contacted at: frombeneaththetarp@gmail.com.
