It's the beginning of the twenty-first century. The battle for supremacy of religions has reached India. Christian and Islamic forces, bitter foes once who battled each other during the Crusades, are now determined to dismantle the world's oldest religion. Supported by Opus Dei, the ISI, terrorist organisations and the media, they have anointed politician Monika Reddy and a handful of opportunists to achieve this sinister motive. Politics, terrorism, money, religion-everything is employed to aid Monika as she demolishes one religious castle after another, finally hitting upon the spiritual citadel of Mahant.
But Mahant is no ordinary man. An enlightened saint with millions of followers, he is living his life to fulfil his Guru's last wish. He wants nothing for himself.
Will Monika Reddy and her dark forces be able to demolish the spirit of India? Or will Mahant be able to stop the spiralling chain of events? How many will have to give up their lives for this quest? Can money and power manipulate the law of the land? Only time will tell ... and only Mahant can say how.
