Rev. Johnson is an ordained Baptist minister, and an Associate Pastor of his home church in Los Angeles, California. He retired in 1990 after a 30 year career with the LAPD and thereafter answered the call into a teaching/preaching ministry. Since that time, he has self-published three additional books, all of which are available online; "Exploring the Holy Scriptures", the Back to Basics Series, "Applying the Holy Scriptures", the Back to Basics Series Three, and "From Ignorance to Enlightenment", One Man's Biblical Journey.
