I'm guilty of having anxiety issues. I've even been on medication for it in the past. I lose sleep over what will happen tomorrow. I consider all possible (terrible) outcomes. And worst of all, I leave God out of my mental pictures.

We have nothing to worry about because he loves us and knows how to navigate our lives through each day.
