She has a PhD in Climate Change and Corporate Regulation Law and Policy from the University of Exeter. She has other published works on the subject and has attended academic conferences in the UK, Canada, and South Africa. Her expertise also covers labour and employment law matters. Kikelomo's contribution to legal research and teaching earned her an endorsement by the British Academy and the Pro-Vice chancellor of the University of Exeter as an Exceptional Talent in legal research and teaching in 2020.
