There are five articles, which were authored/co-authored by faculty members and PhD students from the Rosen College. These articles are related to engaging the multi-generational workforce in tourism and hospitality, visitor brand equity perspectives, the effect of hotel discount strategies on consumer responses, gender differences and customer delight and fundraising event quality. Each of these presents empirical findings and theoretical discussions on a current and important topics related to the tourism industry. It is hoped that these articles will be well received by the readers of Tourism Review.
