Jayna Bruch's atypical ride to life started in high school as circumstances began forcing her to put intermittent breaks on her college journey. From one of her best friends being diagnosed with cancer to overcoming sexual assault and dealing with a roommate who jeopardized her financially, Jayna couldn't possibly have a normal life, even if she wanted to. Regardless, it later dawned on her that it could never be too late for her dreams, and 35 years later, she graduated from Collin College as a member and officer of Phi Theta Kappa.
