A serial entrepreneur, Henderson has spearheaded several businesses, including Business Accelerators and AFCLS, a logistics company. He is also the co-founder of Upscale Personal Care Home, providing care to the elderly in Jacksonville, Florida. He has served on various boards of trustees, including Stetson University, and currently serves on the Easter Seals national board of directors. Beyond his entrepreneurial prowess, Henderson is a recognized published author, of two books. He has also developed and taught curriculum on business development / best practices at many universities including Harvard Business School. Georgia Tech, Kennesaw State University, Stetson University, Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, Beulah Heights University. His expertise has also led him to speak at many of these prestigious academic institutions. His dedication to diversity and community service earned him the Jacksonville Business Journal's Diversity Award in 2014.
