Mendoza is the laboratory department chair, Cardinal Santos Medical Center, Manila, Philippines.Dr. Anthony Wing-Hung Chan is an honorary clinical associate professor in Department of Anatomical and Cellular Pathology, Prince of Wales Hospital, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong.
