Dr. Nurmala has over 19 years of academic experience as a lecturer including the time she got education in public health field during her bachelor, master and PhD program in 3 different countries (Indonesia, The Netherlands and United States). She received a Fulbright presidential scholarship for her PhD and a scholarship from the Netherlands' government for her master. She is currently a Vice dean of research, publication and partnership at Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Airlangga. Dr. Ira Nurmala is a scholar, researcher and lecturer in public health majoring in health promotion with the special interest in continuing education for professionals, youth's health and in a peer educator program. Her major accomplishment in the last 5 years as follows:

Dr. Pathak has over 11 years of versatile administrative experience in an academic setting as Dean (and over 17 years as faculty and as a researcher in higher education after his Ph.D) and has worked in student admission, academic affairs, research, graduate programs, Chair of the International Working group for USF Health (consisting of USF Medical, Nursing, Public Health, Pharmacy and Physiotherapy colleges), Director of nano Center and now holds the position for Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs.
