Robert Abbey is Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber). He is a former Deputy Adjudicator to HM Land Registry and Professor of Legal Education and Practice at the University of Westminster. He was formerly a partner in a central London solicitors firm specialising in all aspects of commercial conveyancing and property law.Mark Richards is a Solicitor and Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Westminster.
