Brett Klika is a certified strength and conditioning specialist, a personal trainer, and a fitness consultant for health organizations and Fortune 500 companies around the globe. A former Olympic athlete trainer, Brett is the coauthor of the research study that inspired the New York Times' viral article "The Scientific 7-Minute Workout." He lives in San Diego with his wife and daughter.
