As a lifetime seeker of knowledge, inspiration, and truth, I find I can no longer ignore my calling. Each life journey, including mine, has its dark gulches and raging rapids. Sometimes our greatest inspiration, our best lifeboat, is wisdom and compassion from another who has endured. Some of my darkest moments were brightened by others willing to share their journey and their knowledge. Having lived many dark experiences in my life has brought me to the realization that bearing light on the path of a fellow soul in need is the greatest gift I or anyone can give.

Over the years, my spiritual quest has led me to many places. I continue the practice of yoga, which I began over fifteen years ago. I have obtained my certificate as a yoga instructor, studied natural and holistic health as a PhD and doctoral candidate, obtained my Reiki I attunement, and was privileged to study tai chi and qigong with an amazing Chinese master.

The driving force behind my inspiration is connection. We are a world of uniquely connected parts that make a whole. It is my connection that allows me to impart knowledge that will help others to connect as well. Prior to gaining the courage to recognize my true gifts (formerly my hobbies) as my profession, I spent many years in the business and corporate world. I graduated college with a minor in psychology, a major in accounting, and have a master's in business administration.

I currently reside in Florida with my husband and son. Aside from being an author and a yoga instructor, I am an also an artist in oils. I am currently in the process of becoming certified as a hypnotherapist.
