Furthermore, national culture is a variable that can promote differences in employees perceptions about the latter concepts within organisations. The main objective of this empirical research study was to find out how organisational values, ethics, spirituality and human resources development relate with each other and how national culture affects them. A global private organisation with an ethical background was chosen to conduct this empirical research study, which consisted in in literature review, questionnaire and semi-structured interviews.
