This flaw in language policy has created dichotomy in the learners: One class of learners highly fluent in English Language (Only 2 percent estimated) and the other frequently facing difficulties in attaining fluency in it (98% estimated). This book is a research on a small portion of 98%. 98% problems of Pakistani Students will be solved with the introduction of English as Language. Let us come out of post-colonial era and train students in the best to combat the global challenges.
