In this research, levels of some pro-inflammatory cytokines such as Interleukin 6, Tumor Necrosis Factor and Interferon Gamma were evaluated to monitor the disease in subclinical stages. Brucellosis was confirmed by Rose Bengal Plate Test and competitive Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay for the detection of antibodies against Brucellosis. Specimens were then analyzed for the levels of these pro-inflammatory cytokines as Interleukin 6, Tumor Necrosis Factor and Interferon Gamma.
