This work contains theoretical and practical researches about nanotechnology and pyro-electric sensors. (ZnO/PANI) hybrid structure was studied. The carbon nanotube field effect transistors (CNTFETs), having unique electrical properties: small volume, high response, and High working frequencies, was developed by determination of manufacture parameters, which increase working current. The Enhancement of Poly VinyliDene Fluoride (PVDF) Pyro electricity was investigated by determining the best incorporation inclusions, which increase pyroelectric coefficient and dipole moment. The manufacture parameters of IR PVDF pyroelectric detector, which reduce noise, were determined. The structural and electrical properties of ZnO nanoparticles were studied.
