Calum Paton is Emeritus Professor of Public Policy at Keele University, UK. He was Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Health Planning and Management between 1998 and 2019. He has advised UK politicians and various international agencies. He has authored ten books and numerous articles on health policy and politics.
