Scientific Director of the Gulf Reference Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine at the College of Medicine & Medical Sciences, the Arabian Gulf University, Bahrain; designated as such by the Ministers of Health of Gulf countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Yemen).
