Margot Horspool is Emeritus Professor of European and Comparative Law at the University of Surrey and Professorial Fellow at the BIICL, London. She is also a Professor at the University of Notre Dame.Professor Matthew Humphreys is Professor and Head of School of Law at Royal Holloway University of London. He is also a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Matthew was awarded an MBE in the New Year's Honours list 2011 for services to the community in central London.Michael Wells-Greco is Assistant Professor in International and European Law at the University of Maastricht and Partner at Charles Russell Speechlys.
