Prof. Yen-Soon Kim, an accomplished scholar at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, USA, serves as an associate professor in the Department of Food & Beverage and Event Management. She is vice president of the International Association of Immersive Technology Innovation (IAITI). Her research focuses on pioneering and innovative robot technology, with applications ranging from the hospitality sector to the medical industry.
