Looking for good during difficult times will definitely bring peace and harmony. An individual who undergoes this kind of situation would feel instant rage and frustration. And why does it happen to him? He was probably going to bang his head against the wall and scream out in despair, wake up the sleeping family members to make them jittery, and go on fighting for a trivial issue. It would eventually be a terrible experience and take longer to subside. Now, people have sufficiently researched how the Law of Polarity works, and they have been trying their best to apply their knowledge to different situations covering their life. Sometimes, amazing things do happen! Life experiences are not monotonous. They are full of ups and downs. Starting to notice the positive stories about human life is a perfect way to follow the Law of Polarity. Gratitude is something important to the principle that one must follow. One must spend 10 minutes minimum at the beginning and end of each day to reflect upon the positive things that have happened and thank the Almighty for the kindness. Whenever one observes something positive, he or she should appreciate the grace of God for the benevolence.
