ANNLEE A. HINES is a systems engineer for Nortel Networks (Data Networks Engineering). Prior to Nortel, Hines was an engineer in the U.S. Air Force working with command, control, communications, and intelligence systems. She has also worked for a defense contractor, owned two small businesses, and taught economics and political science at a community college. Hines has written three white papers for publication by CertificationZone.com on network management, switched WAN technologies, and an introduction to telephony.
